Shipping policy

Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days, with the exception if you choose our next day Downtown Toronto delivery.

Shipping options:

1. FREE local delivery around downtown Toronto in radius of 15 km from Yonge 1. The order will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 1pm ET.

2. Shipping based on actual Canada post shipping rates. The rates are calculated based on size of the package, weight and customer's location. Rates are calculated at checkout and offer various shipping speeds.

Eastern Canada: FREE shipping on orders over $150 CAD before fax (except remote areas).

Western Canada: FREE shipping on orders over $200 CAD before tax (except remote areas).

 

Exceptions 

Certain types of items such as rattan cribs cannot be shipped worldwide due to their size and built. For these items, at checkout we only offer local delivery.

In case you live outside our delivery zone, you are welcome to contact us and we will custom quote you a shipping rate for the item.
